Quarterfinal

Last week, I got a text from a former bandmate and got an invitation and we might be playing again soon. Alwin,who plays the bass, sent me a message that he wanted to play again just for the love of music. Man, its been six years since I last performed on stage and honestly Im not sure if I still have it but Im sure ill give it a try.

That news by the way suddenly brings back the memories of 11 or so years.
Man, am I that old already? heheh

Purefoods won its first game last nite against TNT (87-84). I just pray that PF will sweep and grab this quarterfinal string and move on to semifinals against Ginebra.

I got a taste of badminton for the first time  last saturday and sunday and I like the body pains that Im experiencing today. I was so intense that I made sure that I had a complete cardio activity with a very high and acceptable heart rate in order to lose weight.
Now, I can honestly say that I will put badminton on my repertoire of cardio activity.
